Data Deletion

How to remove your data from Everhelm Studios, including any information obtained from connected platforms like Facebook.

Last updated: June 28, 2026

Overview

You are in control of your data. You can disconnect any connected platform yourself at any time, or request that we delete a specific platform's data or your entire Everhelm account. This page explains how.

1

Disconnect a platform

Open your portal, go to Connections, find the platform (e.g. Facebook), open Manage, and click Disconnect. This immediately revokes Everhelm's access and deletes the stored access tokens for that platform.

2

Email a deletion request

Send an email to privacy@everhelmstudios.com from the address on your account with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Tell us whether you want a specific platform's data removed or your entire account deleted.

3

We process and confirm

We verify the request, delete the applicable data from our systems, and email you a confirmation once it's complete.

Disconnect Yourself (Fastest)

The quickest way to remove a connected platform's data is to disconnect it directly:

  • Sign in to your Everhelm portal.
  • Go to Connections in the sidebar.
  • Find the platform you want to remove and click Manage (or Disconnect on the card).
  • Confirm Disconnect.

Disconnecting revokes Everhelm's access and deletes the access tokens and cached platform data we stored for that connection.

Request Full Account Deletion

To delete your entire Everhelm account and all associated data, email us from the address on your account:

To: privacy@everhelmstudios.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include your account email and whether you want a specific platform removed or your full account deleted. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

Facebook & Meta Data

If you connected a Facebook Page through Everhelm and want that data removed, you have two options:

  • Disconnect Facebook from the Connections page in your portal — this deletes the stored Page access tokens and cached Page data immediately.
  • Remove Everhelm from your Facebook account: go to Facebook Settings → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Everhelm, and remove it.

You may also email a deletion request as described above and reference "Facebook data" so we can confirm removal on our side.

What Gets Deleted

  • Access tokens and credentials for connected platforms.
  • Cached platform data (such as Page details, posts, and insights) stored to display in your portal.
  • For full account deletion: your profile, account settings, and personal data.

We may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Timeline

Self-serve disconnection takes effect immediately. Emailed deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days, and we will email you a confirmation once the deletion is done.
